DNG Consulting was founded in 2020 and offers customized training and consulting packages to guide local leaders through the process of initiating meaningful change in the areas of implicit bias, diversity training, equitable processes, and inclusive procedures.
Built purely through word of mouth, DNG Consulting services have been in high demand regionally and increasingly across the state.
The national focus on the Black Lives Matter movement and protests of Summer 2020 created a unique opportunity to offer consulting services to local government entities on the topic of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Through our work with numerous localities in Southeastern Pennsylvania, we have found that local administrators are looking for practical guidance about systemic inequality – many municipal leaders are unnerved and unsure where to start in addressing the call to address inequities in their communities.
DNG Consulting is here to meet this need and offer a realistic and manageable path forward.
